Hi i am from Bolton and have been making beer and wine for 20 years.
just started my first all grain and its going to be barreled today.
looking forward to trying the recipies on here as i am a massive IPA fan

Hi Plopleuk, good stuff. Once you taste the AG I'm sure you'll be hooked if you aren't already.

I love my IPA's as do quite a few on here so your in good company.

Planning:Maybe a lager.
Fermenting:
Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning

Hellooooo there!

My first extract was the summer ale and it went down a treat. It seems that IPA's are the new drink for young people also. Finally real ale is well on its way back. In your face F and C. (names shortened for legal reasons!)

Conditionin'/Drinkin' - OPA Pale
Conditionin' - LEB Pale
Conditionin' - Thwaits Nutty Black
Plannin' - A user upper!
