Bits in my Beer
hi all, what's the best method to remove bits from my beer when i move it from my primary? with my last brew i noticed quite a few bits when i'd bottled it up, which is hardly aesthetically pleasing.
i'm assuming i can use something muslin or similar over the end of the syphon when i transfer it to bulk priming prior to bottling but i wanted to tap into the knowledge of the forum to see which technique is best.
cheers!

Syphon into a secondary fermenter then put it somewhere cool, the bits will settle out after a week or so.
Fermenting: Marynka pseudo-lager
Maturing/Conditioning:

thanks for the reply hamish.
my usual process is to ferment in the primary, move it over to a secondary which has spraymalt in and then bottle soon after. should i change that to ferment, move to a secondary for a week and then bulk prime and bottle?
