Not that I can think of.

Try this as you only need a big pan.

I've got a Wherry on the go at the moment and I dry hopped with Styrian Goldings. That might take it down the Tribute path a bit. I'll let you know.

However, the extract version in the link above doesn't take much more effort than a kit. Just a bit of boiling and washing up!

I think Tribute is in my top 5 beers. I love it.

Planning: Something with Styrians, Discovery Clone

    Drinking: Twibute Clone, PJ Clone

How does one go about 'dry hopping'? Is that where you plop some in after fermentation but before bottle/keg?

I might give that a go on my second Wherry kit... it was a Christmas freebie after all (cheers Greg :))

Normally you secondary ferment and put the desired amount of hops in(usually in a muslin bag to stop floaters) though some people ferment in the primary for 7 days then add the hops and leave for around 5 days.

    Is it nice though?

Problem with most kits is they just don't cut the mustard compared to grain.

Not my favourite, it must be said. It was a present so I brewed it but I'm not sure why everyone loves this one. Horses for courses I suppose. Didn't get any Styrian from the Dry Hop just that biscuity flavour I'm none too fond of.

Ordered a couple of your all grain kits for Christmas. Yes I have to order the presents myself and pretend to be surprised!
