Mr HAG Brew no.3

Just limbering up with Beer Smith for my next brew. Fancied a bit of a change and decided on a Wit/Wheat beer. My last effort was a Brupaks kit sometime ago which was a dodgy brew - havent had a crack at a wheat for a while and thought i would look at the following recipe:

Mash Notes: Simple single infusion mash for use with most modern well modified grains (about 95% of the time).

Any tinkering or advice welcome! Added the torrified wheat to aid head retention - more or less needed? comments welcome please.

Forgot to ask also - What style would I be looking to do my water treatment to? Nearest on Grahams water treatment calculator I would consider is a 'Sweet pale ale' as a target liquor. what do you think or is there anything more precise than this?

Got this down as a 60 min boil - is there anything to be gained by changing to a 90 min boil? (other than reducing the hop amount)

(Thanks Greg for speedy delivery!!!)

Cheers
Howard

Planning - Golden ale with lots of Styrian hops
Conditioning - Theakston Old Peculier
Conditioning - Christmas 2010 (Strong Xmas ale)
Maturing - Peach wine kit

Im no expert but considering a wheat beer has little hop taste that recipe looks cool. Corriander and orange peel eh? How many orange peels are needed for 21g? I can see some stinging fingers.

    Conditionin'/Drinkin' - OPA Pale
    Conditionin' - LEB Pale
    Conditionin' - Thwaits Nutty Black
    Plannin' - A user upper!

Its also a different type of orange peel, more bitter. Smells lovely though. You can also get a sweet one.
