AKMildAdding yeast

11 months ago | AKMild (Member)

Just started my first beer kit (Wherry). One question though. The instructions just say "add the yeast". Should this be left on the top, or stirred in?

Thanks in advance.

Keith

There are plenty of people that just sprinkle the yeast on top and its gets to work without any problems at all.

I like to give the yeasties the best possible chance to do their job, so I would always rehydrate.
