Hello, I am from France and a great fan of English ales, so I am about to embark on my first micro brewery and beer kit. I thought I would go for a Wherry kit but first a question. I am luky to live by a spring, the water is very soft. Is this suitable for use, or do I have to add and thing? Thank you for your help. Looking forward to starting brewing!

Without knowing from a water report its hard to tell what to put into the water. I would just go with it to be honest. I cant see it being a problem. I wish my water was softer where I live, I could use it to build a house!

For kits the water isn't really too important. If it tastes good then it will make good beer!

    Build a house from water

Beer will get you through the times of no money better than money will get you through the times of no beer
