Well chaps I managed to get a sneaky one in this morning. All in the fermenter now. Such a lovely day for an outside boil. No photo's as I left my camera at work but I'll stick up the recipe later.

This is going to be the first brew to breakin my new cornie kegs.

I must admit it was my first (and only as I moved to AG) extract and it was a blinder. In fact I may do an ag version of it to jog my memory!

Get yer brew on!

It's such a versatile receipe Greg. I reckon you could throw pretty much anything at it and it would still taste nice. I really am impressed with it in fact i might have a brew day on Sunday if the wife will let me... mind you mothering sunday so nope might be out of the question - damn!

Nice one BM. I made that beer all the time before I started on AG. My mates all loved it.

Try it with different hops, change the yeast or omit the crystal and up the spraymalt.

I just wanted to say how impressed i am with the Summer Ale kit on here.. I made it over a month ago and i am now sampling it's wares. I have to say it's a lovely pint! I know on another post i mentioned i wasn't sure of the taste. However, since leaving it for a few more weeks it's started to clear and the taste is just awesome.

So who ever came up with this receipe gets a big thumbs up with me and i cannot wait to make it up again but with additional ingredients added.

Cheers time for another pint...
