One thing I have learnt though is that the swing top bottles are much better as they have released a bit of gas and don't fizz over like the crown caps ones I did. I think I may have over primed them but the swing tops are just right, nicely fizzy but not explosive.</p> <p>Didn't get time to do any cider this year as we have been too busy but definately going to get a batch together next year. </p>
